Geneva, Oct. Italy is preparing to send 100,000 troops to aid Serbia when the expected German-Bulgar offensive begins, according to Rome advices today. French and English artillerymen are arriving at Belgrade daily, in anticipation of the drive against Serbia, and detachment of Russian gunners is also reported to have been sent to that country.
